Mark F. Weber – President / Director
Mark F. Weber is President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of New Foundation Savings Bank. He has been associated with New Foundation since 1977. Mark is a lifelong resident of Greater Cincinnati and is a graduate of St Xavier High School and Miami University. Mark is the Mayor of Blue Ash and an attorney in private practice..

Mary Ann Lane – Vice President / Director
Mary Ann is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has been with New Foundation for over 20 years. She is retired as Managing Officer and  continues to be a member of the Board of Directors.

Tom Weber – Secretary / Director
Tom Weber CPA, has been a director of the NFSB since 1985. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and Miami University and is the Division Controller with Buckhorn Inc. Tom is married with 2 children and is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Kelly R. Herrmann – Director
Kelly R. Herrmann joined the Board of Directors in 2009.  He is the owner of The Service Pros, a local plumbing, heating & cooling service company.  He is a former owner of Herrmann Services.  Kelly was born and raised in Colerain Township and still resides in the area.

Jeffrey L. Webeler - Director

Jeffrey L. Webeler joined the Board of Directors in 2009.  He is the President of White Oak Garden Center in Colerain Township.  Jeff lives on the West Side and is an active member of the community.

Cynthia Scott "Cindi" – Managing Officer
Cindi joined the bank in 2009.  She has been in the real estate and financial industry for over 13 years.  She attended Arizona State with an emphasis on marketing and accounting.  Cindi resides in Colerain Township and is on the Colerain High School PTA.

Kathy A. Kendrick – Loan Officer
Congratulate Kathy on her 15th anniversary!  She has been in the financial industry for more than 25 years. She is the chief loan officer and also specializes in IRA/SEPP Accounts. She is a life long resident of the Groesbeck area.

Mary L. Harmon “Peach” – CSR
Peach has worked in banking for more than 25 years. She has been with New Foundation for 10 years where she specializes in all aspects of customer service. Peach resides in Colerain Township where she was born and raised. She is active in many community affairs.

Christine A. Schlegel “Tina” – CSR
Tina is a part time employee with New Foundation for seven years. She grew up in the Colerain Township area and presently resides in Bright, Indiana.
